About the event
As part of Triple C's cultural programming, we invite you to join us for an evening of food, stories and connection.
During this intimate dumpling folding workshop & dinner, May Amsterdam explores the traditions and stories behind handmade dumplings, sharing personal reflections on reconnecting with her Surinamese-Chinese roots.
You'll learn a special folding technique while also enjoying a 4-course set menu.
